Your body was meant to move. With few exceptions we are all built with the same muscles designed to perform the same function. These muscles are meant to be trained and conditioned to perform. We have a wonderful connection of wires that connect our brain to these muscles and these need to be trained and conditioned as much as the muscles themselves. Let’s train those explosive quads, endurance glutes and rock solid core to do what you need them to do, whether that is run a marathon or simply get you through your daily activities. You want to do that with as much ease and flow as possible, let’s get them to their very best. In this section you will enjoy videos, articles and other media about how to train your body, from where to start, how to improve and how to avoid injury. I feel the most alive when my body is pushed to the limit and is reaching for a new level of fitness. My goal is for you to feel that too.
